Hello, I’m Oran
I started my career in Dublin after graduating in Television Production and Operations from Ballyfermot Senior College. I have worked in broadcast and digital video content production since. I am very proud to have been part of the original camera department at TV3 (now Virgin), Ireland's first commercial television channel.
I left TV3 to work in production in Australia and then spent almost two decades in London, where I had the privilege of working with brilliant people in the industry, great agencies, brands, and broadcasters, many of whom I continue to work with today.
I worked as a Shooter/Editor for international broadcasters CNN, Sky, BBC, and Bloomberg, which took me all over the world. I am highly competent at filming in any environment. I completed hostile environments training to be equipped physically and mentally to work in unsafe and unpredictable situations.
Collaborations with leading communication agencies and production companies marked my time in London. I was involved in global campaigns and creating digital content for consumer brands, furthering and enhancing my professional portfolio.
I have extensive experience in the media and communications industry and a diverse client base worldwide. I apply the highly focused, skilled approach of broadcast filming and expertise in creating video content for global consumer brands to deliver quality, affordable video content for our clients at Video House.

Oran’s recent work includes the new Netflix documentary ‘High Score’ about the golden era of video games produced by Great Big Story NYC. Alongside brand and corporate projects for Mastercard, ibec, ITN and Microsoft Azure.
Oran is a member of BECTU and the Guild of Television Camera Professionals.
